We're looking for a Customer Relations Specialist who has hands-on experience managing wedding clients and understands the pace, emotions, and expectations that come with high-end weddings.
This role is exclusively for candidates with experience in wedding planning, wedding client servicing, luxury events, or destination weddings.

Wedding Client Servicing Executive
Wedding Planner / Wedding Coordinator
Client Relationship Manager (Weddings)
Luxury Wedding Hospitality or Guest Relations Executive
Event Client Servicing Executive (Wedding Industry)
Experience in handling wedding clients is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for wedding clients from booking until event completion.
Understand the couple's vision, family preferences, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
Manage all client communication through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and site visits.
Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Planning, Production, Décor, Hospitality, Operations, and Vendor Teams.
Ensure every client requirement is communicated, tracked, and executed accurately.
Follow up on approvals, payments, guest lists, layouts,



schedules, and other wedding deliverables.
Handle last-minute client requests calmly and professionally during wedding functions.
Maintain detailed client records, MOMs, timelines, and follow-up reports.
Provide regular updates to clients throughout the wedding planning journey.
Collect post-event feedback and help maintain long-term client relationships.

What We're Looking For 1–5+ years of experience in wedding client servicing or luxury wedding planning.
Strong understanding of wedding timelines, ceremonies, and event coordination.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident in dealing with premium clients, families, and destination wedding guests.
Exceptional follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple weddings simultaneously.
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented during live events.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and basic CRM/reporting tools.
