We’re looking for a talented professional to join the Creative Services team in Mumbai to support the Marsh GCC India function. This is an on-site opportunity requiring their presence in the office to support design requirements from the President’s desk.

Marsh GCC India is a global knowledge center for Marsh and houses teams, which work closely with the colleagues across various operating units and locations.
Creative Services support is a key service offered by Knowledge Services to global Marsh businesses and the GCC India function is seeking a design and video expert to provide highly effective design support for client engagement, strategic meetings, and collateral intended to showcase the value generated globally by ensuring our collaterals are competitive, compelling, and aligned with the leadership, client and prospect objectives.

We will count on you to:
Work closely with the President, GCC India to develop client-centric collaterals in various medium (static & motion) for strategic initiatives ensuring they communicate effectively to the intended audience.
Preference for candidates with experience partnering with senior leaders to shape messaging and storytelling for strategy presentations, videos and infographics, well-versed designing for digital experiences and AI strategies working top down with leaders to understand business priorities and value propositions, L&D; requirements then standardizing the deliverables accordingly.
Support the GCC leader by designing thought leadership materials, client presentations, townhall decks, sales pitches,



and videos that are both functional and visually engaging by balancing creative ideation with timely delivery while consistently applying corporate brand standards.
Present artefacts in the most compelling and aesthetic manner, with a specialized focus on context-driven visualization on corporate presentations for sales enablement and growth, senior leadership strategy and client meetings, driving an understanding of technical concepts etc.
Overall, pushing the boundaries of creative ideation and building lasting relationships with stakeholders, while managing delivery expectations effectively.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a client centric mindset; be adaptable and able to switch between projects to meet changing business priorities.

What you need to have:
Qualification – A graduate degree or certification in Fine Arts / Applied Arts.
Experience – 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in a design team within a corporate environment. Possess prior experience of working in consulting / digital technology / financial services / e-commerce set ups, with the agile ability to keep pace with a dynamic corporate environment.
MS Office proficiency – Experience working on corporate presentations, videos, e-mailers, newsletters, data dashboards for leadership reviews, keynote event presentations by extensively transforming content starting with basic understanding of business concepts on PowerPoint and Word.
Adobe Creative Suite proficiency – Especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Print design experience across outputs of different types like thought leadership reports, newsletters, infographics, corporate emailers, content for digital colleague and client experience etc. Strong foundational knowledge of typography, branding, print production techniques and industry best practices.
Video Production proficiency – Experience working in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere, Adobe Animate, to add music, graphics, animation, and to develop, edit and upload/manage video content.



Knowledge of alternate sound editing software like Audacity and Soundforge will be a plus.
Technical knowledge – Usage of AI tools, prompts, industry standard plug-ins and effects libraries, typography skills for text-based animations and well versed in the best practices for optimal rendering / hosting video outputs, on the organizations permitted platforms.
Data Visualization – Ability to assimilate business content and convert it into infographics. Possess excellent attention to detail and creates accurate outputs. Provide alternate information-driven data representations - Reimagine basic graphics/ pie charts/ bar graphs to elevate visual representations and reduce cognitive load for audiences. Create data visualizations through dashboards, to present operational MI for leadership reviews.
Communication skills – be able articulate design choices and concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders across levels both verbally and in writing.
Excellent team player and collaborator – be able to build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and with the other team members within the Knowledge Services and the design function. Serve in a consultative capacity to stakeholders and as a subject matter expert on design and branding. Result orientation is essential to understand the needs of the clients and conceptualize designs accordingly.
