Location: Muzzafarnagar Experience: 18–25 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Metallurgy / Mechanical / Production About the Role ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd. is looking for an experienced Foundry Production lead to lead end-to-end foundry operations and drive excellence in safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery . Key Responsibilities Lead melting, molding, core making, pouring, shakeout, fettling and related foundry operations. Deliver production and customer commitments through effective planning and resource utilization. Drive improvements in casting yield, productivity, furnace utilization and manufacturing efficiency . Reduce rejection, rework and casting defects through systematic RCA and process improvement. Ensure adherence to metallurgical, process and quality standards.



Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Purchase teams for seamless operations. Lead Lean, TPM, Kaizen, cost-reduction and continuous-improvement initiatives . Ensure a strong culture of shop-floor safety, compliance and operational discipline. Build, develop and lead high-performing production teams across shifts. Ideal Candidate 18–25 years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy engineering / large foundry operations . Robust hands-on experience in large/heavy ferrous castings . Proven track record in improving yield, productivity, quality and cost. Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
