WE'RE HIRING | SALES EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE

Billionaire Dream Estate Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales team in Bengaluru, and we're looking for driven, ambitious Sales Executives who want to build a serious career in real estate.

Role: Sales Executive – Real Estate

n

Location: North Bangalore

n

Experience: 1–3 years in Real Estate Sales / Property Consulting / Business Development

n

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month*

n

Plus: Performance-based incentives & bonuses

n

What you'll do

n

· Handle qualified leads and prospective buyers

n

· Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferences

n

· Conduct client meetings and property/site visits

n

· Present residential projects

n

· Explain pricing, payment plans, and investment potential

n

· Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline

n

· Negotiate and work towards successful closures

n

· Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules

n

· Achieve monthly sales targets

n

· Build long-term relationships with clients and referral networks

n

What we're looking for

n





· 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales / property consulting / business development

n

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

n

· Confident in conducting client meetings and site visits

n

· Solid follow-up and negotiation abilities

n

· Target-oriented and hungry to earn

n

· Good understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage

n

· Comfortable using CRM, Excel/MS Office and digital sales tools

n

· Willing to travel for site visits and work on weekends when required

n
