Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding Glintred’s market presence. The role also involves analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership.



The Business Development Manager is expected to represent Glintred professionally, ensure a high standard of service, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
Comfort with using CRM tools and productivity software to manage pipelines, activities, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel for client meetings as required.
