Must Have's • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with prospects. • A keen interest in sales, business development, and the Perks & Insurance space. • Ability to understand customer needs and communicate solutions clearly. • Energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable with calling and follow-ups. • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with an ownership mindset. • Ability to learn quickly, handle objections,



and navigate conversations confidently. • Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales data. Your Day • Identify and connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and other channels. • Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant Benefits & Insurance solutions. • Conduct regular follow-ups and move prospects through the sales funnel. • Qualify leads and identify high-potential opportunities for the sales team. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers. • Handle initial objections and work towards converting conversations into opportunities. • Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, follow-ups, and conversions. • Collaborate with the sales and business teams to improve outreach and conversion. • Learn the Benefits & Insurance business and continuously sharpen your sales approach.
