Role Overview

We are looking for a Design Consultant who can understand customer requirements, guide clients through interior solutions, and help convert enquiries into successful projects. This role combines client consultation, interior understanding, and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, space challenges, and budget expectations
n
- Guide customers through suitable interior solutions for kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedrooms, living spaces, and other home interiors
n
- Handle client consultations, follow-ups, presentations, and coordination throughout the sales process
n
- Work closely with the design team to create customised solutions based on customer requirements
n




- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a professional consultation experience
n
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards business growth
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after design finalisation
n
- Maintain proper lead tracking and follow-up records
n

Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, interiors, real estate, furniture, or customer consultation
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Interest in home interiors and residential space planning
n
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide practical solutions
n
- Confidence in handling client meetings and follow-ups
n
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts is an advantage
n
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi, or regional languages is preferred
n

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + attractive performance incentives
