Key Responsibilities n

n
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
n
- Prepare schematic designs, detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation.
n
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
n
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design execution as per approved drawings.
n
- Review and finalize material selections, specifications, and BOQs.
n
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and project timelines.
n
- Resolve design and execution issues during project implementation.
n
- Mentor Junior Architects and support the design team.
n
- Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and quality standards.
n
- Participate in client meetings and project presentations.
n

Required Skills n

n




- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory) .
n
- Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office .
n
- Excellent architectural planning, space planning, and technical detailing skills.
n
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
n
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
n

Qualifications & Experience n

n
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture ( B.Arch ) from a recognized university.
n
- 3–6 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
n
- Experience in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and corporate interior projects is preferred.
n
- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design, planning, technical drawings, and completed projects is mandatory.
