Business Development Executive
Type: Full-time, Office-based (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm)

We are the Anil Thomas Fellowship ( - an international training, certification, and research organization specializing in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Gestalt Psychology. Founded in 2013 in Mumbai, we have expanded to offer training and certification courses across eight countries globally. Our journey began in 2011 with a shared vision to impart the transformative skills of Neuro-Linguistics and Gestalt Psychology, focusing on body language, human behaviour, and language patterns.

Having conducted over 200 certification courses and taught more than 10,000+ students, The Anil Thomas Fellowship is now setting its sights on new global milestones, aiming to lead the market in the fields of psychology, mental health, and personal development. A strong structure and backbone is central to this mission, and we are looking for creative,



detail-oriented individuals to help us build this foundation.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for finding, nurturing, and closing current business opportunities . The role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and strategy , with a strong focus on long-term growth rather than just short-term sales.

Monitor and support content and plans for various channels/platforms.
Guide and help clients make informed decisions based on their requirements.
Create, update and maintain client databases on a regular basis.
Outline design and Peer content for the marketing of the course.
Bachelors or Masters degree is required.
Basic Computer skills.
