About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer for our new You Tube channel focused on Business News, Finance, Markets, Startups, and Economy content. The ideal candidate should have robust design sense, experience in fast-paced media environments, and the ability to create impactful visuals that drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design eye-catching You Tube thumbnails with strong click-through appeal.
- Create graphics for daily business news videos, market updates, explainers, interviews, and shorts.
- Develop charts, infographics, data visuals, and finance-related creative assets.
- Create lower thirds, title cards, social media creatives, and branding elements.
- Work closely with editors, anchors,



and editorial team for timely content delivery.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across You Tube and social media platforms.
- Design creatives for breaking business news with quick turnaround time.
- Stay updated with You Tube trends, thumbnail strategies, and digital content design styles.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in news channel / digital media / You Tube content / business media.
- Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Experience in creating thumbnails, infographics, charts, and social media creatives.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color balance, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced newsroom environment.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
