Salary - ₹ 35,000 - ₹ 50,000

What You’ll Do

- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with *clients, architects, interior designers, and industry professionals*.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and sales teams.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful business.




- Achieve business development and sales targets.
- Expand Radiance’s network and create new business opportunities.

We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A business development and sales mindset.
- Confidence in client interactions and networking.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Experience in *Business Development, Sales, Interiors, Modular Kitchens, Furniture, or Real Estate* will be an added advantage.
