Business Development Manager – International Sales

We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager with robust experience in international B2B sales, client acquisition, and deal closure . The candidate will be responsible for generating business, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and revenue generation across the US, UK, Middle East, APAC, and other international markets.
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, and closure .
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, present solutions, and handle commercial discussions.
Work with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and solutions.
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.





Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets .

Requirements
~5–10 years of experience in B2B Business Development / International Sales.
~ Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and closing deals independently .
~ International client-handling experience is mandatory.
~ Experience in IT Services, eLearning, EdTech, SaaS, LMS, or technology services is preferred.
~ Excellent spoken and written English .
~ Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and closing skills.

~ Experience with CRM, Linked In Sales Navigator, email outreach, and sales prospecting tools .
