Role Overview

/n

The requirement is for a senior qualified with a strong technical background combined with project-management capabilities. This is not intended to be a purely core Project Manager role.

/n

The candidate should have:

/n

- Prior experience in GIS development projects.

/n

- Experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, or similar technical role.

/n

- Strong technical understanding to validate development activities and vendor deliverables.

/n

- Telecom domain experience is preferred.

/n

- Exposure to Telecom OSS/BSS is an added advantage.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Providing technical oversight of the vendor's development activities.

/n

- Tracking daily project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

/n

- Reviewing and validating technical documentation and artifacts.

/n

- Challenging vendor estimates and understanding the technical rationale behind timelines.

/n

- Validating whether reported activities are genuinely completed.
