Job Description — Graphic Designer Company: Buzzdrop & Outline Business Communications Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + Sundays

Experience: 3–5 Years

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience who can bring bold ideas to life through visually striking and contemporary designs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of maximalist design, current visual trends, typography, composition, colour, and digital-first communication . You should be someone who can take a brief, generate fresh creative directions, visualize concepts, and turn them into high-impact designs across digital and print.

Develop bold, maximal, and trend-driven visual concepts for brands and campaigns.
Generate creative ideas and translate briefs into compelling visual directions.
Stay updated with current design, social media, branding, typography, and visual communication trends .
Create engaging social media creatives, campaign assets, presentations, and digital communication .
Design interactive and visually engaging carousels in collaboration with the Video Editor and Brand Manager.
Create brochures, packaging, marketing collateral, presentations, and other print assets .
Work closely with the Brand Manager, Video Editor, and creative team to ensure consistency across campaigns.




Develop multiple creative approaches and visual explorations when required.
Maintain brand consistency while also pushing creative boundaries.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design quality.

Take ownership of projects from concept development to final execution .

3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, branding, advertising, or creative environment.
~ Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, maximalist, experimental, and trend-led design work .
~ Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding .
~ Ability to independently generate creative concepts rather than simply execute instructions.
~ Robust understanding of social media design and digital-first visual communication .
~ Experience working on brochures, packaging, print collateral, and brand communication .
~ Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams.

~ Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for aesthetics.

~ Software Skills Proficiency in relevant design tools such as: Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Corel Draw

Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing will be an added advantage.
