About the Role

GroomYourGram is looking for a Senior Executive – Influencer Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer marketing and a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, campaign execution and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
n
- Identify, shortlist and onboard relevant influencers and creators.
n
- Coordinate with influencers for campaign briefs, deliverables and timelines.
n
- Negotiate commercials and manage creator relationships.
n
- Coordinate content submissions, revisions and approvals.
n
- Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and within timelines.
n
- Track campaign deliverables and performance.
n




- Prepare campaign reports and share key insights with the team/client.
n
- Stay updated with influencer trends, creators and social media platforms.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing.
n
- Experience working with beauty, haircare or luxury brands is preferred.
n
- Strong understanding of the influencer/creator landscape.
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
n
- Robust coordination and relationship-management abilities.
n
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
n
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
