Diamond Forest is our diamond jewelry brand in New York.

We are building an ambitious in-house creative operation around the brand, and we're looking for an Assistant Creative Director who can help take the work from good to exceptional.

Could the edit have more tension?
Could we make this feel like a world instead of an advertisement?
You will work across concept, art direction, photography, film, styling, social content and campaign production.
This is not a desk-only creative role.
You will be involved in the work — developing ideas, building references, preparing shoots, working with the production team, being on set, reviewing footage, challenging executions and helping take the final output to a significantly higher level.
We want someone who can take a creative thought from:

“Creative Direction
Develop concepts that go beyond conventional jewelry advertising




Develop ideas for campaigns, social films, editorials, product stories and brand storytelling

Art Direction & Production
Help define composition, camera language, styling, props, locations, movement and overall visual treatment
Help solve creative problems in real time
Review selects, edits and final outputs and push them further

Content
Develop ideas for Instagram, campaigns, website, launch content and brand films
Understand the difference between content that fills a feed and content that builds a luxury brand
Help create a recognizable visual language across stills and motion
Creative Standards
Study the best work coming out of global luxury, fashion, jewelry, beauty and culture
Bring new visual references and creative thinking into the team
Maintain a high bar for composition, styling, lighting, typography, editing and overall visual quality
Help ensure every piece of communication feels intentional and unmistakably Diamond Forest
