We are looking for an experienced consulting professional to take on a leadership role within a client engagement. This is a 2-6 months contract.

The individual will collaborate closely with the project leadership team and other consultants to drive successful project outcomes. Specific duties will vary depending on the nature and scope of the assignment.

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead workstreams and support the execution of strategic consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with project leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives.
- Develop insights, recommendations, and solutions to address business challenges.
- Engage with client stakeholders and facilitate discussions with senior decision-makers.
- Oversee project activities, monitor progress, and ensure quality delivery.
- Contribute industry expertise within the energy, power, and utility domains.
- Support assignments involving government agencies and public-sector organizations.

Applicants must satisfy all of the following criteria:

Academic Background

- Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- MBA, PGDM, or an equivalent postgraduate management qualification from a recognized institution.

Professional Experience

- Between 7 and 14 years of overall professional experience.




- At least 7 years in strategy, business, or management consulting roles.
- A minimum of 4 years working on consulting engagements within the Energy, Power, or Utilities industry.
- At least 1 year of experience delivering advisory or consulting services to government entities, public-sector organizations, or state-owned enterprises.

Successful candidates will typically have:

- Proven experience leading consulting projects and managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Exposure to public-sector and infrastructure-related initiatives.
- The ability to work effectively with senior executives and government stakeholders.
- Experience guiding teams and delivering complex transformation or advisory programs.
