Job Summary

n

We are looking for an experienced Engineer – Façade to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in 2D AutoCAD drafting and façade detailing, with hands-on experience in preparing shop drawings for Curtain Wall, Storefront, Doors, and Windows systems. The role requires the ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, deliver high-quality drawings within project timelines, and collaborate effectively with internal engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

n

· Prepare accurate 2D shop drawings for Curtain Wall, Storefront, Doors, and Windows systems using AutoCAD.

n

· Review and interpret architectural, structural, and project specification drawings to produce detailed shop drawings.

n

· Ensure drawings comply with client requirements, project specifications, and company quality standards.

n





· Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to resolve design and drafting queries.

n

· Review project documents and raise RFIs (Requests for Information) wherever clarification is required.

n

· Perform self-quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.

n

· Deliver assigned work within project schedules while maintaining quality standards.

n

· Collaborate effectively with team members to support successful project execution.

n

· Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications

n

- Any Degree
n
- 3–7 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for façade projects.
n
- Hands-on experience in preparing shop drawings for Curtain Wall, Storefront, Doors, and Windows systems.
n
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
n
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
n
- Experience in façade systems such as Curtain Walls, Storefronts, Doors & Windows, Structural Glazing, Spider Glazing, ACP Cladding, Skylights, Canopies, Balustrades, and related façade applications is preferred.
n
- Knowledge of Revit or Autodesk Inventor will be considered an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, drafting standards, and façade detailing practices.
n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
n
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver quality work within project deadlines.
n
- Robust attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
