Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 3+ Years (Preferred in PEB / Steel Structures / Industrial Sales / Construction-related Sales)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n

n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target market segments.
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, OEMs, architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and construction companies to generate leads and referrals.
n
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
n
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
n
- Set sales goals and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
n
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
n
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical assistance and project coordination.
n
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
n
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
n
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
