n Role Overview
n We are looking for a Design Consultant who can understand customer requirements, guide clients through interior solutions, and help convert enquiries into successful projects. This role combines client consultation, interior understanding, and consultative sales.

n Key Responsibilities
n n Understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, space challenges, and budget expectations
n Guide customers through suitable interior solutions for kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedrooms, living spaces, and other home interiors
n Handle client consultations, follow-ups, presentations, and coordination throughout the sales process
n Work closely with the design team to create customised solutions based on customer requirements




n Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a professional consultation experience
n Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards business growth
n Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after design finalisation
n Maintain proper lead tracking and follow-up records

n n Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, interiors, real estate, furniture, or customer consultation
n Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n Interest in home interiors and residential space planning
n Ability to understand customer requirements and provide practical solutions
n Confidence in handling client meetings and follow-ups
n Basic knowledge of interior design concepts is an advantage
n Proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi, or regional languages is preferred

n ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + attractive performance incentives
