What you’ll do

- Own compliance across marketing, product and customer operations.
- Review ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
- Review creator and influencer content for claims and disclosures.
- Review landing pages, websites, product flows and customer communications.
- Partner with marketing, product, engineering and operations on launches.
- Build compliance guidelines, approval processes and checklists.
- Monitor regulatory and platform policy changes.
- Assess compliance risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Work with external legal counsel on complex regulatory matters.
- Train teams on compliance best practices.
- Support investigations, audits and compliance documentation.

Who we’re looking for

- 5+ years in legal compliance, regulatory affairs or corporate counsel.




- Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Experience reviewing consumer marketing and digital products.
- Strong understanding of advertising and consumer protection requirements.
- Excellent judgment across legal risk and commercial objectives.
- Robust analytical and written communication skills.
- Comfortable building compliance processes from scratch.
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate and work in-office.

Practical but not required: Experience with FTC advertising and consumer protection regulations, influencer marketing disclosures, privacy and data protection, subscription businesses, telehealth, consumer finance, e-commerce, SaaS, and high-growth technology companies.
