General Sales Manager – Paper Industry

- Experience: 15+ years in Paper Industry Sales & Marketing.
n
- Lead Sales, Marketing & Business Development to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
n
- Experience in Writing & Printing Paper, Newsprint or Tissue Paper .
n
- Strong exposure to Government Tenders / E-Tendering , from tender identification to bidding, negotiation and order execution.
n
- Manage institutional, corporate, government, dealer and distributor channels.
n
- Develop key accounts, new markets and strategic business relationships.
n
- Handle pricing, commercial negotiations, sales targets and collections.
n
- Lead and mentor the sales team and monitor market/competitor trends.
n
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, dispatch and finance for smooth order execution.
n
- Solid network with Government Departments, PSUs, institutional buyers and corporate clients preferred.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively.
