## Job Overview
We are hiring **Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers** for a customer-facing role in the matrimony and relationship services industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing personalized service, managing customer relationships, retaining customers, converting prospects, and assisting members in finding suitable partners.
## Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers onboard and create member profiles.
* Understand members' preferences, expectations, and requirements.
* Identify the unique needs of each customer.
* Search, screen, and shortlist suitable profiles.
* Establish contact and initiate meetings between members.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Provide a premium and personalized customer experience.
* Manage an assigned customer portfolio with regular follow-ups.
* Ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
* Convert prospects into customers.
* Achieve a target of **2 fresh sales per month**.
* Meet defined service and performance metrics.
## Candidate Requirements




* Minimum **2 years of experience** in a customer-facing role.
* Experience in **call center, retail, real estate, telecom, BFSI, credit cards, fintech, or wealth management** is preferred.
* Excellent command of **English**.
* Fluency in the relevant regional language, particularly **Telugu/Tamil**, as applicable to the location.
* Solid communication and listening skills.
* Customer-service-oriented approach.
* Good persuasion and influencing skills.
* High emotional intelligence and empathy.
* Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements.
* Good presentation and executive presence.
* Professional telephone and business etiquette.
* Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
* Strong integrity, honesty, and respect for customers.
