We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Doctor to provide medical and occupational health services at our construction projects in the Maldives.nnnKey Responsibilitiesnnn Provide medical consultation, first aid, emergency treatment and stabilization.nnn Assess and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.nnn Conduct fitness-to-work and routine medical assessments.nnn Prescribe and administer medicines within the scope of the doctor's valid license and applicable Maldives regulations.nnn Maintain medical records, medicine inventory and treatment reports.nnn Monitor occupational health risks including heat stress, dehydration and fatigue.nnn Coordinate hospital referrals, ambulance services and medical evacuation when required.nnn Maintain the site clinic, medical equipment, medicines and emergency supplies.nnn Conduct basic health awareness and occupational health programs.nnnRequirementsnnn MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.nnn Minimum 35 years' clinical experience, preferably in construction, industrial,



remote-site or other high-risk environments.nnn Experience in emergency care, trauma and workplace injury management.nnn Valid MMDC registration and practicing license, or eligibility to obtain the required MMDC registration/license for practice in the Maldives.nnn Must be legally authorized to prescribe and administer medicines within the applicable scope of practice.nnn Occupational Health / Emergency Medicine / ACLS / BLS training will be an advantage.nnn Valuable communication skills and ability to work independently at a remote construction site.nnn Expatriate doctors are welcome to apply, subject to Maldives licensing and regulatory requirements.nnn Willingness to work at construction projects in the Maldives.nnnSuitable candidates may submit their CV with relevant qualifications, experience and medical registration/licensing details.nnnCompensation: 50,000.00 - 120,000.00 per monthnnnWork Location: In person .
