nMetaboliq is WTF's doctor-led metabolic-health venture. We combine diagnostics, medical review, nutrition support, coaching and strength training into one accountable customer journey across Delhi NCR.

nThis is a healthcare sales role
nWe are hiring hands-on medical/healthcare sales professionals who have worked with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, pharma, medical devices, telehealth, healthtech or evidence-led wellness services.
n
nThis is not a general BDE opening. Applicants whose experience is only in EdTech, real estate, generic insurance, SaaS or unrelated consumer sales will not qualify unless they also show direct healthcare sales or doctor/clinic partnership experience.

nWhat you will own
n• Map, approach, meet and onboard doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres and healthcare referral partners.
n• Build trusted partner relationships,



explain the Metaboliq care pathway and activate qualified referrals.
n• Convert eligible customer leads into paid doctor-led metabolic-health packages without mis-selling or medical promises.
n• Coordinate diagnostic test bookings, home collection or centre visits, and complete the handoff to doctors, nutritionists and care teams.
n• Maintain disciplined daily activity across field meetings, calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, CRM tasks and partner cadence.
n• Own measurable daily and weekly targets for doctor meetings, partner onboarding, qualified conversations, paid activations, test completion and collections.
n• Record every interaction, next action, payment state and clinical handoff accurately in the CRM.
n• Escalate every diagnosis, prescription, contraindication, side-effect or report-interpretation question to a registered medical practitioner.
