Job DescriptionLocation: Chennai (5 days WFO) *Experience: 10 to 17 Years* Company: Leading B2C Travel-Tech Business What You'll Own Financial Strategy & Business Planning – Own the company's financial strategy, annual operating plan, long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting. P&L; & Business Performance – Drive financial performance across revenue, margins, costs, profitability, and cash flows, partnering closely with business leaders to improve outcomes. FP&A; & MIS – Build robust financial dashboards, management reporting, business reviews, and forward-looking analysis that enable faster decision-making. Cash Flow & Working Capital – Own cash-flow planning, liquidity, working capital management, and capital allocation to maintain a healthy cash position. Business & Unit Economics – Deep-dive into customer acquisition, contribution margins, destination/product profitability, channel economics, and other key B2C travel metrics. Fundraising & Investor Management – Partner with founders on fundraising, investor communication, financial modelling, due diligence,



and preparation of investor materials. Financial Controls & Governance – Strengthen accounting, internal controls, compliance, audit processes, and financial governance as the business scales. Commercial Finance – Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Leadership teams on pricing, promotions, customer economics, and strategic business decisions. Finance Team Leadership – Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team with strong ownership across controllership, FP&A;, taxation, treasury, and business finance. Strategic Decision Support – Act as a key thought partner to the founders, bringing financial rigour and commercial insight to major growth and investment decisions.
