nWe are looking for a highly proactive, presentable, digitally savvy, and business-oriented Executive Assistant .

nThe ideal candidate should be someone who can think ahead, manage information with discretion, coordinate across teams, drive follow-ups, and ensure execution .

n Key Responsibilities

- n
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day business and administrative activities of the Founder & Chairperson.n
- Manage calendar, meetings, schedules, appointments and guest management .n




- Develop a robust understanding of hospital operations and coordinate with various functions to ensure effective execution.n
- Manage travel arrangements, daily schedules and other critical requirements of the Founder & Chairperson.n
- Support new projects and strategic initiatives , with flexibility to travel across locations as required.n
- Prepare and manage MIS, dashboards, data analysis, reports, presentations and Excel-based summaries, power BI, Advance Excel n
- Coordinate and track meetings, travel plans, appointments and critical follow-ups .n
- Handle internal and external communication, emails, documentation and business correspondence independently.n
- Track action points, project progress and deliverables , coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.n
- Maintain effective communication between the Founder & Chairperson and various internal and external stakeholders .n
