nPolicybazaar is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager – Term Insurance to lead and drive field sales operations in Kurnool. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve assigned business targets.n
- Drive sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.n
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the Term Insurance business.n
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve team productivity.n
- Manage day-to-day field sales operations across the assigned territory.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.n




- Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.n
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market penetration in the Kurnool territory.n
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve business performance.n
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines.n

nEligibility Criteria

- n
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.n
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing Field Sales teams.n
- Experience in Term Insurance / Life Insurance sales will be preferred.n
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.n
- Valuable understanding of the Kurnool market and local customer landscape.n
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.n
