nAs the organisation grows, we are looking for an experienced and highly hands-on HR Manager who can build a solid team, create effective people processes and develop a culture of accountability, professionalism and service excellence.
The RolenThe HR Manager will take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle at Angel Health Centre — from identifying and recruiting the right talent to onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, retention and exit management.




nThis is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building an organisation rather than simply administering an established HR function.
nThe individual will work closely with the management and doctors to ensure that Angel attracts, develops and retains high-quality people who reflect the standards of a premium healthcare organisation.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisitionn

- Own end-to-end recruitment across clinical, operations, front office, sales, marketing and management roles.n
- Understand manpower requirements with management and create hiring plans.n
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, recruitment consultants, referrals and direct sourcing.n
- Screen CVs and conduct first-level interviews.n
- Coordinate management and technical interview rounds.n
- Conduct reference and background checks.n
- Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.n
- Build and maintain an active talen
