We are hiring on behalf of our well-established client, a leading company in Process Equipment and EPC Projects.
nPosition: Sales & Marketing Engineer
nLocation: Pune
nExperience: 2–6 Years
nQualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Chemical / Mechanical / Biotech / Instrumentation
nRole
nResponsible for business development, customer engagement and sales of process equipment, skids and turnkey EPC solutions for API, Biotech, Specialty Chemical and Nutraceutical industries.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify current customers, projects and business opportunities.n
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry customers.n
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Process, Engineering and Proposal teams for technical-commercial solutions.n
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial negotiations.n
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits and technical discussions.n




- Develop sales pipeline and ensure systematic follow-up from enquiry to order closure.n
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences and other marketing activities.n
- Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.n
- Achieve assigned sales and order booking targets.n

nPreferred Exposure
nExperience in process equipment, skids, turnkey projects, process plants, distillation, solvent recovery, biotech/API or chemical industries will be preferred.
