Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in the additive manufacturing space. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting advanced 3D printing solutions across industries.

nKey Responsibilities:-

- n
- Develop and execute sales strategies for additive manufacturing solutions (SLA, SLS, DMLS, etc.).n
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in industries such as automotive, aerospace, healthcare, and manufacturing.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with OEMs, design teams, and procurement stakeholders.n
- Deliver product presentations, technical demos, and ROI-based value propositions.n
- Collaborate with application engineers and technical teams for solution selling.n
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.n
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.n




- Maintain CRM data and prepare sales reports.n

nKey Requirements:-

- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial preferred) or Business.n
- 3–5 years of experience in:n
- Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printingn
- CAD/CAM or industrial machinery salesn
- Strong understanding of:n
- 3D printing technologies (SLA, SLS, FDM, Metal AM)n
- Manufacturing workflows and prototyping.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.n
- Ability to handle technical discussions with engineers and decision-makers.n
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.n

nPreferred Skills:
n
- n
- Experience with products similar to those offered by Formlabs (SLA/SLS systems) or Intech Additive Solutions (metal AM solutions).n
- Familiarity with CAD tools like SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar.n
- Exposure to industrial sectors
