nWe are looking for a Sales Executive – Corporate Offsites who can help us build and grow our corporate business vertical.
n

nWhat you’ll do
n

n* Identify and reach out to companies looking for corporate offsites, team retreats and employee experiences.
n* Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals and your own network.
n* Connect with HR, Admin, People & Culture, Founders and decision-makers.
n* Understand the company’s requirements, budget, team size and objectives.
n* Pitch Boketto’s corporate offsite experiences and convert enquiries into bookings.
n* Prepare and share proposals, itineraries and commercial quotations.
n* Follow up consistently and manage the sales pipeline from lead to closure.
n* Negotiate commercials and close high-value corporate deals.




n* Maintain strong relationships with clients and generate repeat business/referrals.
n* Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure the experience sold is delivered smoothly.
n

nWhat we’re looking for
n

n* 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate sales / business development.
n* Strong communication and presentation skills.
n* Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
n* Highly persuasive, confident and target-driven.
n* Good at building relationships with senior decision-makers.
n* Robust negotiation and follow-up skills.
n* Someone who enjoys hunting for opportunities rather than waiting for leads.
n* Experience in travel, hospitality, events, MICE or corporate offsites is a strong plus.
