- Ensure all creative assets are aligned with the Harns brand guidelinesn
- Take creative ownership from concept to execution with an eye for detail and consistencyn

- Is proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro/After Effects (or any other video editing tools)n
- Is comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, design creation, image generation, content development, video production, and workflow automationn
- Understands visual storytelling and can translate concepts into compelling designsn
- Can understand briefs and client tastes quickly, and translate them into thoughtful designsn
- Is proactive, takes initiative, and doesn’t wait to be told what to don
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, cooperative environmentn
- Is organized, self-motivated, and detail-orientedn
