nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Test Manager with 12+ years of overall experience and robust expertise in Banking, QA/QE, Testing and Test Automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading end-to-end testing initiatives for complex banking/financial applications, while remaining hands-on with automation frameworks and quality engineering practices.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end QA, testing and quality engineering activities across banking applications and technology platforms.n
- Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, automation strategies and quality processes.n
- Lead functional, integration, regression, system and end-to-end testing initiatives.n
- Drive test automation using relevant frameworks and tools, ensuring improved coverage, efficiency and faster release cycles.n
- Provide technical and functional guidance to QA engineers and automation teams.n




- Collaborate closely with Business, Product, Engineering, Technology and Operations teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.n
- Identify testing risks, dependencies and gaps, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.n
- Establish and monitor QA metrics, defect trends, test coverage and overall quality KPIs.n
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of QE, shift-left and automation-first practices.n
- Manage defect lifecycle, root-cause analysis and resolution in collaboration with development teams.n
- Support release planning, production readiness and go-live activities.n
- Mentor and develop QA/test teams and ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.n
