Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results driven Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network across Banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs, with proven expertise in Digital Rewards, Gift Vouchers, Loyalty Programs, or Redemption Catalogue solutions. This role requires a proactive, target-oriented professional who can build strategic client relationships, manage the complete sales cycle, and consistently deliver revenue growth. Designation: Sales Manager, BFSI Industry - 2 Position
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the BFSI sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and enterprise clients.
- Present Digital Rewards, Gift Voucher, Loyalty Program, and Redemption Catalogue solutions to prospective clients.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure successful client onboarding and API integrations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
