Job Title: Business Head – Garment Manufacturing

Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Business Head to lead the company’s business growth across UK and European markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong network with international buyers, especially high-end fashion brands and possess proven expertise in driving consistent order flow throughout the year. This role demands an individual with strong negotiation skills, deep market insight and a keen sense of fashion aesthetics to collaborate closely with the design and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and manage business opportunities in UK and European markets with high-end and premium fashion brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential overseas buyers and buying houses.
- Drive year-round business generation to ensure consistent order flow and factory utilization.
- Negotiate effectively on price,



delivery timelines and product mix to achieve high profitability.
- Collaborate with the Design Team to guide product development based on upcoming trends, client preferences, and seasonal requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance and pricing strategies to develop winning business plans.
- Develop long-term strategic alliances with key customers for sustainable business growth.
- Prepare annual business plans, sales targets and revenue projections.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade shows and client meetings.
- Ensure smooth coordination between merchandising, sampling and production teams for timely execution of buyer requirements.
