FlowSportsLife is a growing sports-tech-driven academy operating badminton and football academies across Delhi-NCR. Our coaching, attendance, scheduling and parent communication are powered through our own technology platform.
nWe are looking for a CRM Executive who will be the first point of contact for parents and will take ownership of the complete enquiry-to-enrolment journey.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for new enquiries, trial bookings, follow-ups and renewal reminders.n
- Manage leads end-to-end --> from enquiry → trial → enrolment.n
- Maintain and update the CRM and FlowSportsLife app in real time, ensuring every call, status and follow-up is properly recorded.n
- Respond to WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally.n
- Coordinate with coaches and operations teams for trial scheduling, batch allocation and parent queries.n
- Maintain accurate CRM data with correct venue, sport and lead details.n
- Prepare daily and weekly reports covering calls, connections, trials booked,



conversions and drop-off reasons.n

nRequirements
n
- n
- Fluent in Hindi and English, both spoken and written.n
- Good communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.n
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.n
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, smartphone applications and CRM software.n
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.n
- Comfortable working 6 days a week, in office in Gurugram.n

- Experience in tele-calling, inside sales, admissions, EdTech, fitness or academy operations.n
- Previous experience working with a CRM.n
- Interest in badminton or football.n
- Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality conversations.n
