nWe are looking for a highly disciplined and experienced Admin Manager with a strong Indian Army background to manage the complete administrative and operational functions of our college campus.

nAbout the Role
nThe ideal candidate should have served in the Indian Army at the rank of Captain or above and should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced, demanding and highly dynamic environment.

nResponsibilities
n
- n
- Lead and manage the entire campus administration team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.n
- Manage canteen, transport, hostel, security, maintenance, civil works, infrastructure and housekeeping functions.n
- Oversee purchase, vendor management, inventory and administrative procurement.n
- Ensure campus infrastructure, facilities and utilities are maintained effectively.n
- Manage security personnel and ensure adherence to campus safety and security protocols.n
- Coordinate hostel operations, transportation arrangements and student/staff facilities.n
- Supervise civil, electrical, plumbing,



repair and maintenance activities.n
- Manage external vendors, contractors and service providers.n
- Establish strong processes, discipline and accountability across the administration team.n
- Handle emergencies, operational challenges and unexpected situations with speed and maturity.n
- Coordinate with senior management and various departments to ensure uninterrupted campus operations.n
- Monitor administrative budgets, expenses and resource utilisation.n
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, safety standards and operational procedures.n

nQualifications

- n
- Mandatory: Former Indian Army personnel.n
- Minimum rank: Captain or above.n
- Proven experience in administration, logistics, operations or facility management.n
- Experience managing large teams and multiple administrative functions simultaneously.n
- Strong exposure to logistics, infrastructure, security, transport,
