Diamond Atelier is a New York–headquartered lab-grown diamond company with operations across New York, Mumbai, Delhi, and Surat.

Diamond Forest is our diamond jewelry brand in New York.

We are building an ambitious in-house creative operation around the brand, and we're looking for an Assistant Creative Director who can help take the work from good to exceptional.

Someone who looks at a campaign and asks:

Why does this look like this?
Could the frame be stronger?
Could the styling be more unexpected?
Could the light tell more of the story?
Could the edit have more tension?
Could we make this feel like a world instead of an advertisement?

THE ROLE

You will work across concept, art direction, photography, film, styling, social content and campaign production.
This is not a desk-only creative role.
You will be involved in the work — developing ideas, building references, preparing shoots, working with the production team, being on set,



reviewing footage, challenging executions and helping take the final output to a significantly higher level.
We want someone who can take a creative thought from:

“What if we did this?”
to:
“This is exactly how we're going to make it.”

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Creative Direction
- Develop concepts that go beyond conventional jewelry advertising
- Translate abstract ideas into transparent visual executions
- Build moodboards, reference decks, shot concepts, styling directions and visual treatments
- Push concepts until they have a distinct point of view
- Develop ideas for campaigns, social films, editorials, product stories and brand storytelling

Art Direction & Production
- Participate in pre-production from concept through execution
- Work closely with photographers, cinematographers, stylists, set designers, editors and production teams
- Help define composition, camera language, styling, props
