We are seeking a detailed-oriented Trading Assistant with around 3 years' experience to join our Delta One Trading desk. The successful candidate will support traders in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate trade execution, risk monitoring, and operational efficiency. This role offers exposure to equity derivatives, Index arbitrage, and other Delta One strategies in a rapid-paced trading environment.

What you'll do in the role:
- Trade Support & Execution:
- Assist traders with booking and monitoring trades across multiple markets and products.
- Communicate with sales team to book daily swap, forward and option trades.
- Ensure timely and accurate trade capture in internal systems.
- Risk & Position Management:
- Monitor positions, P&L;, and risk metrics throughout the trading day.
