We’re Hiring: Telecaller – Meghna Jewellers
nMeghna Jewellers is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team.
nJob Responsibilities:

- n
- Call leads and potential customers interested in jewellery.n
- Explain current jewellery collections, offers and store details.n
- Follow up with leads regularly.n
- Encourage customers to visit our Nerul & Vashi stores.n
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer responses.n
- Coordinate with the sales team for interested customers.n

nRequirements:
n
- n
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and basic English.n
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.n
- Basic computer knowledge.n
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.n
- Experience in jewellery or retail sales will be an advantage.n
