n Job Summary:
nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager to manage and grow the Motor Insurance agency channel. The role involves handling POSP agents, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining robust business relationships.
nKey Responsibilities:
nMeet and onboard potential POSP agents within assigned territories.
nManage and service existing POS agents to drive sales growth.
nHandle customer queries and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.
nCoordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes.
nConduct offline training and support for POSP agents.




nMaintain and expand local agent network.
nAchieve monthly sales targets.
nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
nIdentify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction.
nPlan and execute marketing strategies to increase business.

n Eligibility Criteria:
n
nGraduation in any stream.
n1–3 years of experience in Insurance / Sales / Agency channel.
nBasic knowledge of Motor & General Insurance.
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
nSelf-motivated and target-oriented individual.
nWillingness to travel frequently.
nFluency in English and local language preferred.
