Customer Support Representative Location: On-site – Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), New Delhi Company: XTREMEX Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We're looking for a Customer Support Representative who can provide exceptional support to our customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Phone. You'll be the first point of contact, ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience. Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, and Phone. Handle order tracking, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve order issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required. Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick response times.



Assist customers with product recommendations and sizing queries. Requirements Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of Shopify and CRM tools (preferred). Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer support or e-commerce experience is preferred. Preferred Skills Experience handling WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and email support.
