Role Description The Senior Sales Manager role at Interwood is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, leading and mentoring the sales team, and managing key customer accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets. The Senior Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, oversee showroom and field sales activities, monitor market trends, and identify current business opportunities. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing proposals, negotiating and closing deals, coordinating with design, operations, and installation teams,



and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, preparing periodic reports, supporting marketing initiatives, and representing the brand at events, exhibitions, and partner meetings. Sales/ RM 3) Premium luxury tiles ( 5 years’ service) / surfaces ( kajaria, simpolo, orient , HMG, luxury quartz etc ) – RM / Sr. Sales 4) Luxury Architectural hardware sales- ( doors, handles , façade , glass etc ) – sugatsune , Hettich, Hafele, etc 5) Luxury Lighting / automation sales- premium switches, electrical systems-6) Interior / Building products- furniture, kitchens, etc/
