You will write scripts, ad copy, and CRM content that convert, while ensuring every piece of content stays true to brand voice and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Performance & Influencer ContentWrite and optimize performance marketing scripts for influencer-led campaigns, focusing on hook retention, CTR, and engagementSupport end-to-end creative development for influencer collaborations — scripts, visual briefs, and shot references for creatorsUse performance insights and creative testing to refine hooks and formats, driving continuous optimizationCopywriting & Content ProductionCreate conversion-focused copy for static ads, performance ads, Meta ad creatives, carousels, and CRM communicationWrite reel scripts, WhatsApp journey copies, and customer communication across touchpointsCraft copy for marketplaces, catalogues, A+ content, and PDPsQuality & ConsistencyPerform content quality checks (QC) to ensure accuracy, consistency,



and brand alignmentMaintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and formatsRefine tone, structure, and readability before final deliveryCross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with design, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaignsCoordinate with photography, editing, and production teams to meet timelinesResearch brand tonality, competitors, and target audiences to craft relevant messagingWhat You Own:Copy quality and consistency across ad, social, and CRM contentScript development for influencer and performance campaignsContent QC and brand voice alignmentTimely delivery in coordination with cross-functional teamsSkills Required:Strong copywriting craft across performance ads, influencer scripts, and social mediaComfort with CRM communication, microcopy, and video scriptwritingSharp eye for editorial quality, proofreading, and brand consistencyGood communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience with Meta Ads/performance marketing content is a plusNon-Negotiables:Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is mandatoryPrior experience in a Digital-First / D2C brand (not agency or traditional media) is mandatoryHands-on experience writing for performance-driven, fast-paced content environmentsProven experience writing influencer hooks/scripts, with a strong understanding of what drives scroll-stopping, high-retention opening lines
