Role Description The Accounts & Finance GM is a full-time, on-site role based in Namakkal, responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of VSM Weavess India Private Limited. This role includes managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support long-term business goals. The GM will supervise the preparation of financial statements,



ensure timely statutory compliance, and coordinate audits with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring cost controls, reviewing ledgers and reconciliations, managing banking relationships, and optimizing working capital. The role also involves leading the accounts and finance team, implementing robust internal controls, supporting strategic decisions with data-driven insights, and collaborating closely with senior leadership on business performance and risk management.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting and finance, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Experience in implementing and maintaining internal controls, compliance with statutory and tax regulations, and coordination of audits.
Proficiency with ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
