We are looking for a highly skilled RTL Design Engineer with strong Microarchitecture experience to join our growing semiconductor engineering team in Bengaluru.
? Key Responsibilities
• Define and develop microarchitecture for complex digital/SoC blocks
• Translate microarchitecture specifications into efficient RTL designs
• Develop synthesizable Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL
• Work closely with architects, verification, and physical design teams
• Perform RTL design, debugging, optimization and performance analysis
• Ensure design meets PPA, timing, area and power requirements
• Review specifications, microarchitecture and RTL implementation
• Support RTL simulations, lint, CDC and synthesis activities
• Analyze and resolve design issues through the development cycle
• Contribute to design methodology and coding best practices
? Required Skills
✅ 6+ years of experience in RTL Design / VLSI Design




✅ Strong expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog
✅ Hands-on experience in Microarchitecture Design
✅ Strong understanding of digital design concepts
✅ Experience designing complex RTL blocks from specifications
✅ Knowledge of SoC architecture and design methodologies
✅ Experience with RTL simulation, lint, CDC and synthesis
✅ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
✅ Valuable understanding of PPA, timing and design optimization
? Good to Have
• Experience in high-performance SoC / ASIC design
• Experience with complex data-path/control-path architectures
• Knowledge of AMBA protocols – AXI/APB/AHB
• Experience with industry-standard EDA tools
• Experience working closely with Verification and Physical Design teams
