Job Summary
The Timekeeper is responsible for maintaining and monitoring employee attendance records, shift schedules, overtime data, leave records, and other workforce-related information. The role ensures accurate timekeeping records for payroll processing and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily attendance records of employees.
Monitor employee in-time, out-time, shift schedules, and overtime.
Update attendance and leave data in HRMS/software.
Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.




Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance discrepancies.
Maintain employee leave and absenteeism records.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
Ensure compliance with company attendance policies.
Assist in HR and administrative activities as required.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer applications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of attendance and payroll processes.
Ability to maintain confidential employee records.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of HRMS software
