Role Overview
We're looking for an HR Executive who believes HR is more than recruitment and paperwork.
You'll play a key role in shaping our people practices, driving employee engagement, streamlining HR operations, and building policies that enable a high-performing organization. While recruitment will be a part of your role, your primary focus will be creating an exceptional employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end People Operations,
ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and people processes aligned with business objectives.
Drive talent management initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, career development, and retention programs.
Support recruitment activities including workforce planning, job descriptions, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring, people, and organizational needs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, HR documentation, and company policies.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, conflict resolution, and HR advisory responsibilities.
Maintain HRIS, employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR dashboards.
Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to strengthen employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
