Experience: 4–5 Years
Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Tech in Civil, Geotechnical or Structural Engineering
Location: Project Sites / Design Offices across India
Key Requirements:
Detailed tunnel design using TBM & NATM methods
Design of NATM primary/secondary lining and TBM segmental lining
Design of transition zones, cross passages, shafts, portals & adits
Numerical modelling and analysis using RS2, RS3 & PLAXIS 2D/3D
Rock mass classification using RMR / Q / GSI
Review of geotechnical/geological investigation data and GBR
Instrumentation, monitoring, risk assessment and mitigation
Preparation of design reports, calculations, drawings & specifications
Knowledge of Midas GTS NX / FLAC / UDEC / STAAD.Pro / AutoCAD / MicroStation is an advantage
Solid understanding of Rock Mechanics, Engineering Geology & Tunnel Engineering
Knowledge of relevant IS, IRC, RDSO/Metro, MoRTH & ITA guidelines
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in Metro Rail, Hydro Power, Road or Railway Tunnel projects, particularly involving mixed TBM + NATM tunneling, will be preferred.
